Most Full/Part-Time MBA programs require a minimum of two years work experience post your undergraduate degree. This can vary according to the business school and program. The Executive MBA might require several years of managerial experience. Furthermore, tests (e.g. GMAT or GRE) and references could be asked for.

Research the participating business schools and their programs and make sure you submit your CV and bring a (digital) copy with you on the day. Make the most out of your meetings by asking targeted questions. This is your chance to get information that goes beyond the schools' websites and brochures.

No, the interviews with the representatives of the business schools are not official admissions interviews, but only advisory sessions. However, they will give you valuable information about the university and the course as well as direct contact.

The MBA is non-consecutive managerial postgraduate degree. It prepares students for a holistic leadership by teaching hard and relevant soft skills. A business degree is not required for admissions and thus, the MBA is popular to gain business knowlegdge amongst a variety of job backgrounds (e.g. engineers, pharma, IT, marketing, consulting). An MBA from a renowned business school can enable you for a career change, offer a higher salary and position, a professional network or the step to your own business.
